ACCESSIBILITY

ALCOHOL
Alcohol may not be brought into McGregor Hall. Mixed drinks, beer and wine may be purchased inside the center for some events. All persons wishing to purchase alcoholic beverages must be age 21 or older and provide legal identification prior to purchase. Purchases are limited to two (2) beverages at a time. Center management has the right to refuse service at any time and sales can be terminated at any time at the discretion of the Center. Typically, beer and wine sales end shortly after the final intermission.
ANIMALS
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities. Service animals are welcome inside the building and must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. Click here to learn more about Accessibility.

BOX OFFICE
The Box Office is located within McGregor Hall at 201 Breckenridge Street in downtown Henderson and is open Tuesday through Friday, 1pm until 5pm, as well as one hour before show times. To check on seating availability, call the Box Office at (252) 598-0662 in advance to show times. If seats are still available, you may walk up and purchase tickets at the window. CANCELLED OR POSTPONED EVENTS
All ticketed events are to be held regardless of weather conditions. Sometimes weather or other outside considerations make the performance impossible to complete. In such instances, the event venue or the event promoter are charged with making the final determination of cancellation and refund availability. McGregor Hall will issue refunds ONLY if an event is canceled in its entirety. Refunds for rescheduled events will be provided only with the venue’s or promoter’s approval. CAMERAS & RECORDERS
Cameras, video or photography devices, and audio recorders are prohibited at all events unless otherwise noted or accompanied by appropriate media credentials and approved in advance.
CELL PHONES
Please mute all cellular phone or electronic devices prior to entering the theater unless otherwise noted.
CHARITY & FUNDRAISING
Unfortunately, most of the contracts with the visiting shows do not allow us to give away tickets to local charitable groups or fundraising events. However, please contact McGregor Hall directly about charity and fundraising projects that you may be involved in.
CHILDREN
While McGregor Hall strives to make quality programming available to all guests, please read the event description carefully to see if this show is appropriate for your children before purchasing tickets. Please consider whether your children are able to sit quietly in their own seats without disturbing other guests as this is a necessary courtesy for theater attendance. Each person, regardless of age, must have a ticket. We recommend one parent or chaperone for every one child in attendance. This policy does not encompass special kids’ programming.
DOOR OPENING
The time the doors at the center open will vary according to each event. Please check in advance by visiting your event’s information page. Lobby doors typically open 90 minutes prior to the start of the event and doors to the seating area open 60 minutes prior.
DRESS CODE
While the McGregor Hall has no official dress code, guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing may be denied entry. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times.
DROP-OFF
McGregor Hall offers a drop-off and pick-up area directly in front of our entry doors on Breckenridge Street at the traffic circle. Limousines, buses, and cars will be allowed to drop-off and pick-up in this area, but vehicles are not permitted to park there.
EMERGENCIES & EVACUATIONS
Your safety is our first concern and McGregor Hall is committed to providing the highest standard of safety for our visitors and employees. Emergency response procedures have been developed to address an emergency or crisis that might arise the center or surrounding areas that might affect the theater operation. In the case of an emergency, please proceed to the nearest marked exit.
FIREARMS/CONCEALED HANDGUNS
Firearms and/or Concealed Handguns with or without a license are not permitted. If any guest arrives at the facility with a firearm or handgun, you will be instructed to return the weapon to your car. The only persons allowed to bring firearms into the facility are credentialed local, state, and federal law enforcement officers.
FIRST AID
Your safety is our first concern. Guests in need of emergency first aid should contact the nearest staff member for assistance. Minor first-aid items such as Band-Aids and Aspirin are available at the Box Office window located in the entry area.
FOOD & BEVERAGES
Guests are not permitted to bring any outside food or beverages into the facility. Containers such as bottles, cans, thermos bottles, or plastic coolers are not permitted.
GUEST COURTESY
In order to maintain an enjoyable and safe environment, we request that all guests be courteous to those around them and abide by all theater policies and regulations. Guests using foul language or appearing intoxicated will be ejected from the theater. Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing will be denied entry. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times. Noisemakers of any type are prohibited. Guests who engage in inappropriate behavior will be removed from the theater.

LOST & FOUND
If you lose an item during an event, please contact any staff member for assistance. Found items can be turned into and retrieved at the Box Office; however, McGregor Hall is not responsible for lost items.
OUTSIDE VENDING
The selling or sampling of merchandise, food, beverages, tickets or other items on the property without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
PARKING

PAYMENT
Major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, as well as cash and checks (please be prepared to present photo ID) are accepted at the Box Office. Most major credit cards are accepted when purchasing tickets online. Click here for more about Ticketing.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
For safety reasons, patrons may be refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items including, but not limited to: alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, food, drinks, glass/plastic/metal containers, cameras, video recorders, audio recorders, fireworks, laser pointers, backpacks, coolers, knives over 5 inches in length, weapons of any type, baby seats or carriers, unauthorized noise makers, glitter, confetti, Frisbees, streamers, helium balloons, beach balls, parcels or packages, inflatables, brooms or large bags of any kind. The guest must throw the prohibited item in the trash or return the item to their vehicle, and reserves the right to confiscate any prohibited items and/or escort the guest from the building.
RE-ENTRY
Re-entry varies depending on event. Please check with a supervisor at the doors to determine the policy for your specific event.
REFUNDS
All ticket sales are final and refunds are not given unless a show is cancelled. Please contact McGregor Hall directly specific information on the show in question. Before purchasing tickets, it is your responsibility to carefully review your seat location, event, and performance date.
RESALE
McGregor Hall strictly prohibits ticket scalping and the resale of tickets on the premises.

RESTROOMS
McGregor Hall offers women's, men’s and unisex restrooms that are handicapped accessible.
SECURITY
The Henderson Police Department is located adjacent to McGregor Hall and provides security to McGregor Hall. In you are in need of assistance, please contact the nearest staff member and in the unlikely event of an emergency, please dial 911.
SEATING
From our comfortable, up-close seating to our state-of-the-art acoustics, you are sure to find that there’s not a bad seat in the house. A total of 1,000-seats are available within the theater and grouped within 7 sections. SMOKING POLICY
In compliance with local and state laws, McGregor Hall is a smoke-free facility. Guests are prohibited from smoking anywhere inside the facility. Smoking, including alternative smoking devices such as electronic and/or vapor, are also prohibited. For some events, guests wishing to smoke may exit the building.
TAKE-A-SEAT CAMPAIGN
For a $1,000 donation (payable over time), you get your name or the name of a loved one you'd like to honor or memorialize engraved on a permanent brass plaque on a custom seat in McGregor Hall. Click here for more on the Take-A-Seat Campaign.

WEATHER POLICY
In the event of extreme weather, make sure to monitor local media, McGregor Hall’s website and social media. If events at McGregor Hall are canceled, all ticket holders will be contacted with information regarding refunds and/or exchanges. Email is the fastest and best way for us to get detailed, written information out to many people at once, so please be sure we have accurate contact information for you when you purchase your tickets.
