Accessibility and Special Accomodations
It is our goal to make all our guests feel comfortable and welcome. Our facility is designed to be accessible to all our guests, including those with limited mobility or other special needs.
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available for all McGregor Hall guests, including those with disabilities and their companions. To help the center prepare for your visit, please make us aware of your needs at the time of ticketing so that we may accommodate you accordingly. Special Accomodations
Please notify us at least 30 days prior to the performance date if you require special accommodations such as: Large Print Program, Braille Program, Listening Device, Interpreters, Captioning, Audio Description or other special services. McGregor Hall may investigate potential misuse of accessible seating where there is good cause to believe that such seating has been purchased fraudulently and reserves the right to cancel any purchase or relocate patrons to other seats.
Service Animals
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities. Service animals are welcome inside the building and must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you intend to bring a service animal to the building, please notify your ticket representative at the time of purchase so that an aisle seat may be reserved for you.
Restrooms
Both the women's and men’s restroom are handicapped accessible and 100% ADA compliant.
Parking
The Breckenridge Street traffic circle located at the front entrance of McGregor Hall allows for passenger drop-off and pick-up, providing our guests with a short distance from vehicle to door. Wheelchair escorts are available upon request prior to arrival. Two parking areas adjacent to McGregor Hall offer ample parking and include handicapped parking spaces. Emergencies
McGregor Hall is committed to providing the highest standard of safety for our visitors and employees. All personnel have been trained to assist in emergency situations. Visual and audible alarms as well as emergency exits are located throughout the building in the event of an emergency.
