Redeeming McGregor Hall Complimentary Ticket Codes

Choose the performance for which you need tickets
Choose on the seating chart the section where you’d like to sit. Note that, for orientation, the stage would be at the bottom of the picture. You may hover your pointer before clicking to see a description of the section.
In the next window, select the seat or seats for which you’d like to use your complimentary tickets. You may use one for one performance and the other for a different performance. Blue seats are available, gray ones are not.
Scroll to the bottom of the seat selection window. Use the dropdown menu next to ‘ADVANCED $21.35’ to change the price code to “REC PLAYERS CAST AND CREW COMPS $0.00” for up to two of your selected seats.
You may now add additional seats for purchase next to your complimentary seats. They will need to use the ‘ADVANCED $21.35’ price code.
Click the green “Add Tickets” button at the bottom of the window. At this point a “Passcode Required” window will appear. Enter the complimentary ticket code you received in the Passcode box. Note that the codes are case-sensitive. Cutting and pasting is recommended!
On the next screen, choose your delivery method. If you choose “PRINT AT HOME OR MOBILE TICKET”, you will receive both a printable barcode via email and a text with a code you may present for scanning on your phone screen when you arrive for the show. Either method will work equally well! If you choose “WILL CALL”, then your tickets will be available for pickup at the McGregor Hall Box Office at 201 Breckenridge Street M-F 1:30-5:30 or 1 hour prior to any showtime. Click the green “Continue” button at the bottom of the window.
Enter your contact information. If you chose “PRINT AT HOME OR MOBILE TICKET” as your delivery method, then be sure to enter a valid email address and cel phone number for where you’d like the tickets delivered.
