Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella is a full-length, large-scale musical based on the familiar fairy tale about a young woman forced into servitude by her evil stepsisters who dreams of a better life. With the help of her Fairy Godmother, she is transformed into an elegant new world and finds herself invited to the Prince’s ball, where a new world and amazing adventures await!
HRP will perform the 2013 “Broadway Version” of the show revised by Douglas Carter Beane. The production will be featured as part of the Rec Players’ 2023 Summer Season, and will feature a large-scale set, custom costumes, and will be accompanied by a live professional orchestra.
